ess-trave request error

Dear friends

We have implemnted ess and mss, one travel request is raised and approved, and expenses report is also send, but now we want to change the travel request, from 14 to 16 instead, it should be like 15th to 16th.

We changed the request a nd send and that is approved, but in the TRIP tcode, and in ESS its not showing the changed date, its showing the old date only ( from 14th to 16th), but in the trave request smart form, its showing like the changed date from 15th to 16h

Please suggest why such error, and how to fix it

Hi,

Just check in R/3 system, how it was effecting in TRIP t.code. Before that cancel that trip in PR05 and change the dates, save the entry and send to approval to expenses manager and he will approve it. Then you will get the correct dates.
