Hello together,
is it possible to assign automatically geographically nearest service technician team to a ticket? It should be the closed one to the location where the product of the customer has to be repaired.
As I saw there just exist the option to assign the service technician team manually.

This is not supported as of now.
But using ticket routing rules you might be able to assign the Team to the Ticket based on some parameters from the address.
