Crystal Report viewer version 13 not working on Windows 10

Good Day

I am getting below error when trying to connect to at Database to view some reports, everything was working fine on windows 7, now we moved to windows 10, and I am struggling with that error, please assist with the solution.

Is the SQL Native 11 client installed on your PC?

CR is simply passing the error from the server to you, check out what that error code means.
