Hello All,

In my SAP script form (pick list LK01), I need my components to be sorted in a specific sequence:

With reference to the sample product structure, the sorting and therefore the output sequence would be:

A

C

G

L

H

I

M

N

D

J

O

-------

B

E

F

K

P

Q

R

Kindly suggest is there any FM I can use for this, or any field in table which I can refer to for getting this sequence.

Thanks in advance.

Anuj

Hello All,

I need to get my component of production orders sorted (in pick list LK01) in the same way as the BOM explodes in CS12 transaction means top-down, left-right.

Kindly let me know is there any way to do this.

Hello

On your BOM there is a field called "Sorting String" (SORTF) and you can use it to define your own sequence of sorting the components.

You may have, however, to adjust your print program to sort according to this field.

Thanks Caetano for the reply.

The sorting I require is similar to the sorting of component which is done when we explode BOM in transaction CS12.

Can we adopt the same sorting sequence as CS12 by using any standard function module in our print program?

Thanks in advance for your supportive guidance.
