Proxy Issue While Configuring SAP Hybrid Application Local / SAP HAT LOCAL Add on

Prerequisites:

Step 1: Install- JDK, Android SDK and Apache ANT

Step 2: Install- NodeJS, Cordova, Kapsel, Git, Plugman and configure environment variables

Step 3: Install SAP HAT

Validate environment and connectivity prerequisites.

• Proxy-based connections: If your workstation is connected to the Web via a proxy server, ensure that all development tools in your environment (for example, Git, npm, emulators, and so on) are configured to correctly use that proxy.
• Network configurations: SAP recommends that you use the same network configuration while installing all tools.

Problem: At the time of installation getting below proxy issue

In my case my workstation/Laptop is not connected to the Web via a proxy(Not using Proxy) but still getting the issue to set proxy.

-There are some problem when installing client side libraries using bower. You ne ed to configure the HTTP(S) proxy (enter empty to cancel current installation). HTTP(S) proxy:

If you are not behind a proxy then probably an antivirus program or more likely your system's firewall is blocking connections. Try disabling any antivirus program you might have as well as the firewall and try again. This issue doesn't seem to be specific to HAT, it's a general environmental issue.
