Rejected shopping cart workflow issue

Hi Experts,

In our development system when shopping cart is rejected, one work item is generated and sent back to shopping cart creator explaining that shopping cart is rejected.

In our UAT and production system after shopping cart rejection, work item generated but is not sent to shopping cart creator. I am not able to find any agent for this work item.

Please advise what could be the reason that no agent is found for work item in production and UAT but it is there in development system.

    Hi Raj,

    Please check in workflow log which task is used for this rejection workitem which is sent to the requestor.

    This task must be maintained as a general task.

    Follow the path :

    Display the task via transaction PFTC.

    Additional data -> Agent Assignment -> Maintain

    Now click on the button 'Attributes', and select the radio button

    'General Task'.

    Hi,

    Please check workflow item ID in BBP_PD transaction then open the workitem id in the SWI1 transaction.

    You can check workflow log.

    What is your SRM version?

    Please test both full reject and partial reject case.
