Failure - Unable to load group _Fiori app

Hi Experts,

Can you please suggest how to resolve this error during the Fiori app starting?

I am getting this error when I try to logon to the Fiori app but I could not see any other tiles/applications after this message.

Hello!

If you're on S/4HANA CLOUD environment the following instructions should help:

The issue occurs when the Experimental feature for Featured Groups is enabled.

Please follow the resolution steps below:

Disable the setting for Featured Groups (experimental setting, not meant for productive use):

1. Administrator open Fiori Launchpad app Manage Launchpad Settings
2. Change the setting HOMEPAGE_FEATUREDGROUP to disabled.
