Dear All,
Hope you are doing well. Here's a problem found on customer's site --
customer using "load table ... using client file ..." to distribute data to many remote IQ servers. But they found --
Once the "load" ran for more than 1 hour then it would raise error as --
Sybase_IQ_Tgt_RPT_PSI_ACTIVATED_VS_DELIVERY_DETAIL_E_F,0: Error: cs_ctx_drop: cslib user api layer: external error: The context structure cannot be dropped because the application has not exited from ct.
ct_exit(): user api layer: external error: This routine cannot be called because another command structure has results pending.
ct_con_drop(): user api layer: external error: There is a usage error. This routine has been called at an illegal time.
ct_close(CS_UNUSED): user api layer: external error: The connection has been marked dead.
ct_results(): network packet layer: internal net library error: Net-Library operation terminated due to disconnect
And if the "load" can complete in 1 hour, then it's OK...
I'm doubting it's a OCS error not a server side error. As I saw it long before on ASE while running "bcp in". But I don't know how to fix it. Please kind advise.
Thanks in advance.
Regards
Eisen
Dear Mark,
There's nothing special in iqmsg can be found ... And of course -- in the cfg, there's "-ti 20" set.
Now customer has used splitting the data file to load as workaround. So no more trace we can do...
Thanks
Regards
Eisen

Does the config file -ti or -tl?
What does the IQ msg file show during the load? Anything about a connection be killed or cancelled?
