Telephony - ICI Interface - filter internal calls



we use CRM 7.0.

We have an MRS-Server from Cycos which uses the CRM ICI-Interface.

This works in most of the cases.

But we need to filter out all internal calls - The CRM application shall not react if it is an internal call.

Where is the place to filter this internal calls out in SAP CRM?

How can this be achieved?
