We have a requirement for custom hierarchy in our organisation : Team Lead -> Manager -> Operational Lead -> Director
Based on the user who logs the we want to display the data only related to his/her level.
1) Is it possible to disable only the drill up option? The user should be able to drill down to the lower levels
2) Is it possible to dynamically display a column on the report based on the user level?
ie) If a Manager logs in Manager name should appear in the drill column and he must be ale to drill down to the team lead level

for oyur 2nd question we do it. In universe level
To apply a restriction to a universe user group
1. Select Tools > Manage Security > Manage Access Restrictions.
The Manage Access Restrictions dialog box appears.
2. Click a restriction in the Available Restrictions pane.
3. Click a user or group in the Available Users and Groups pane.
Or
If you want to select multiple users or groups; click multiple users or
groups while holding down the CTRL key.
4. Click Apply.
5. Click OK.
