SAP MDG : Fpm value disappeared once press button CHECK

Hi Experts,

Added new field on BP screen named COUNTY. I dont know the related Entity type for the same field but added field from UI repository. PFB ( SCREENSHOT1 )

After entering the value & after pressing button CHECK value getting disappeared.

Please suggest.

Plz check your SMT mapping for this, I think it is not maintainted properly
