Dear experts
If i make changes in a Purchase Requisition after release the release will be cancelled and will appear again to release it . so can i know who make changes and what changes done in the Purchase Requisition before releasing it again.

Go to ME53N trxn & Select the Line Item and Click on top Environment > Item Changes
and see the latest Changes..
As a Standard Business Practice the User should write what changes he has made in the Header Note ..

but is there anyway to know the whole changes done not per item
Hi,
The changes at the HEADER can be know from CDHDR table and the changes at the ITEM from CDPOS
try with these tables in the SE16 transaction code.

The PR is specific to Line Item and the release also line item specific,
and the changes also will be made Line item wise only..
