Travel Request Screen is not display (EHP2)

Hi, Expert

We upgrade Travel Managet from Java Web Dynpro to ABAP Web Dynpro.

EHP2,EHP3,EHP4 Installed.

We found the problem when we click link to "Create Travel Request" in screen display "404 NOT FOUND The requested resource does not exist."

We checking follow note :

1. System Alias "SAP_ECC_Travel" Created.

2. In backend have resource "EMPLOYEE_TRAVEL_REQUEST_SRV_12" and service "EMPLOYEE_TRAVEL_REQUEST_12" is existing.

3. T-Code SICF application FITE_REQUEST actived.

4. We test run FITE_REQUEST was successes (browser display).

We miss something? Please help me!!!
