Hi Experts,
I have added an attachment in the transaction CRMD_ORDER for a service request in tab "Documents".
Now when v right click on the attachement there is an option in the menu "Send as URL".
This sends the attachment as URL to the address specified in the recipient through mail.
But when we click on the URL the content does not get displayed.
(I tried with an excel file).
Do i need to do any other setting in order to display the content on click of the URL.
I have a requirement to add the URL of attachment in a mail sent for service notifications as an attachment .
Pls help.

Hi
Add a document in "Documents" tab of a service message using the "Import" file option.
Now right click on the document added and click on send as URL and give the correct recipient e-mail id .
Check your inbox and copy the URL and paste in browser.
The contents also get displayed.
