Cant display the budget has entered

Dears Experts ,

i have configured the FM as Fund center and commitment item are mandatory and not selected the other parameter , currently i have entered budget through fmbb TRX but i cant display it via FMRP_RW_BUDCON that not affect on budget amount [ i cant proceed to create any document for that combination because budet availability ] .

Hi,

Several things you have to check:

Are you working with budget release scenario?

Did you setup correctly your AVC ledger? Is BDGT budget type is considered to be consumable budget?

Are budgetary totals tables duly filled? Check FMBDT and FMAVCT to see if they are updated with this amount.

Run FMAVCREINIT transaction to initialize your AVC ledger, just in case.
