PI Sender Mail channel error 110 connection timed out

Hi experts,

actually I face a problem with the sender mail channel while try to connect to Googles G Suite.

Here is my configuration:

edit: former I checked my credentials while install and configure Mozilla Thunderbird on my client an logged in with the same credentials as in channel configuration.

and the connection with smtp-relay.gmail.com works fine in receiver channel. Just the imap won`t work.

Hi @all,

this problem is as good as solved. After trying a lot with telnet and dns name I saw that there were at least 4 IP addresses related to imap.gmail.com and I found one that worked. Now I just have to fix that security problem that the PI is an unsecure app.

Hi,

telnet command doesn`t work because we can`t authentificate us through it.

maybe any other ideas?

Have you checked with telnet command for the given IMAP host and port?
