Report to view a count of all activities and transactions against each User/Employee

Hello all,

We have a requirement where in we need to showcase a report containing the count of all the Activities (Appointments/Tasks/), Visits, Tickets, Leads, Opportunities etc.

These need to be shown Employee wise.

We do not see any way of achieving this currently, as we can only have one counter in the data source. Similarly we do not have any data source which contains all of this together.

If we join any data sources, only a single counter is available.

Any pointers on this would be much appreciated.

Thanks and best regards,

Nikhil

Hello Siraj,

Thank you for your response. However, if we join all the data sources (Employee + Lead + Ticket etc.), we get only one counter field.

This counter field will only show the value based on the Anchor selection in the joined data source.

We tried this approach however had no luck here as well.

Nikhil

How about Combined Data Source, rather than joined data source??

Combine the data sources of Appointments, Tasks, etc and use the dynamic relative select for the emp. responsible attribute with criteria "My User".

Hi Nikhil,

Can you try creating a custom key figure which is the sum of all counters when using the joined data source.

Each data source has the counter for each object type, so create a new custom key figure which calculates the sum of all these counters (of each BO). Display this custom key figure in the report.

Its just a suggestion, not sure how this works out. But you can give it a try...
