Hi,
There may be a chance of User is not having authorization for these fields. You can check the missing authorisation by using tcode: /nsu53 from the ME11 screen - purchase org.Data1 (same screen what you pasted above).

Please run the command /nSU53 in command field (immediately after opening the screen me11, purchase org.data1 screen), and show the output (so that we can confirm it is a authorization problem). You can also cross-check with your basis security team with this issue.
If it is not an authorization problem, then you can check the access sequence & pricing procedure.
