Material items missed out from Physical Inventory Document (PID)

I tried to print the PIC document (MI21), on print preview I found only half of the items appeared on the document on one page only, the rest somehow gone missing. Please advise why that happens

Secondly when I used MI31 to vreate PID, the document came up with multiple documents numbers, any reason please advise.

Hi Frank,

Does not seem to be a SAP Document Center related issue.

Are you sure you are using SAP Document Center anyway in your scenario ?
