Oracle on SAP. How can I get better the performance of database?

I'm DBA but I'm beginner working with SAP, I want to ask in the foro : Topics or Knowledgs about performance of database on SAP.

We have found the performance database very slow in this last week, I would like to know how can i do to get better performnace or what is the problem.
