We have a requirement in employee support ticket wherein when we create a ticket then we select requester as an employee, then under employee f4 pop-up screen it displays Employee ID and Name only and here we need to add 2-3 more custom fields like Date of birth, PAN Number and email id just for validation purpose to make sure ticket has been created for correct employee.
Can anyone please advice how can I extend the F4 pop-up screen and add those custom fields ?
