How to enable "Documents" tab in Maintenance Plan (IP03) for document linked via SAP DMS (CV01N)

Hi all,

In Equipment Master, the Documents tab is visible, in which it's able show all documents linked from SAP DMS. However, this tab is not visible in Maintenance Plan, how can it be activated ?

Hi,

Maintenance plan/item do not have the option to attach documents.

You need to attach in the Task List Operations, so that when the order is generated for the maintenance calls, system will transfer the document to order.

Thank you for your reply. How can i configure for Task List / Task List Operations under DC10 - Defined Object Links? As i cant find them currently in the listing.

We have similar requirement, need equipment specific SOP (PDF) document as default attachment at order header level for the preventive maintenance process.

We have attached it in the Task list for first operation but it is not reflecting at order header level once order generated.

Any clue where we are going wrong
