I need to upload 1000 pdf documents for employees to view in their profile. i have created a .zip file containing a .csv file from the Background Information Extended User Template with the necessary employees' details along with their PDF documents. I uploaded the zip file containing the .csv and employees' PDF documents in the to the SFTP server and scheduled a Live Profile Import Background Information Job in Provisioning and I got the following email from SAP:
Live Profile Import Process completed but with failures listed below:
1) [ ^UserId;documents;DocName;attachment, ] Error Msg: Section ID missing
I have had an expert chat with SAP Support and they have not been able to assist me. What is this missing ID as I used the template from the instance? Can someone please assist if they know how to do a PDF bulk upload.
