Permitted characters in BI 7.0

Hi,

The DSO activation failed because of text object value contains some unknown characters which starts with u2018!u2019 Exclamation Mark (Error when Assigning SID).

Value u2018! TEST !!REPORTu2019

I have deleted the special character u201C!u2019 as first char from PSA and reloaded than Activation of DSO went fine. All the Special chars already existing in RSKC.

But my client question is why the Exclamation Mark will not allow as first character.

We are using on BI 7.0 and is there any SAP note that tells about what characters allowed in the BI 7.0 ?
