Change Label Annotation in SAP Odata

Please help me to change the Metadata Label information of Entity in Odata Service .

I have tried every thing .

I have updated my blog with an additional approach that however only works for sap:label.

Your blog is good . But I don't want to create the new Annotation , want to change existing one .If you have some related to that scenario , please share us .
