We are using crystal runtime 13.0 to generate the crystal reports dynamically by connecting to the database.
Database: SQL Server DB with Always on Availability Group
When we assign the report connection to the AAG DB, it gives us "Database logon failed" error. But the same report is working when we assign the report connection string value as Primary DB server IP address;username;password - it works fine without any issues.
Environment
Connection string is pointing to the AAG - failed
Connection string is pointing to the Primary DB server - works fine
Could you please help us to get rid of this error.
