Can anyone suggest the possibility of Re-Activation of Deleted Operations and Deleted Components in Maintenance Orders.

The Order Status is released.
You can't reactivate them, only view them in REL status (see one of the menu options)
If you delete operations in CRTD status, then they are not retievable.
