Problem updating spam/saint

Hi all,

While updating spam/saint i m getting following error.

- Error in step: CHECK_REQUIREMENTS

- Reason for error: TP_CANNOT_CONNECT_SYSTEM

- Return code: 0212

Any idea how to resolve this. This system is connected to another system in tms , the latter being domain controller. The tp versions in these 2 sys are diff. Can this be the prob..

Any suggestion?

Hi,

You didn't say what system you using ? Anyway, go into SM59 and find the RFC connections used for TMS(usually two) under ABAP connections, try do a connection test, is it successful ? ..if not check technical settings are correct.

See note 96907 for further troubleshooting.

Thanks for info... Acutally we found the problem..

Previous to todays activities , there was some files dumped in trans dir. Beacuse of this, space allocated to trans dir was full..

We tranferred the files to some other location and it worked.
