Desktop Intelligence - User Variables

Hi,

In BO desktop I have created user objects using them I have published a report on to WEBI - Corporate Documents, later from my collegue's system, I logged in with my user id and retrieved the document to my surprise the user objects I created did not flow into his desktop client. Can any one tell me how to go forward with this user objects. I am little worried because if BO on my desktop crashes then I would loose all the user objects.

Is there a way that I can see the user objects on other system's BO and logging in with my user id.
