SAP HANA Graph Error

Hi ,

I am getting the below error when trying to view SAP HANA graph for SFLIGHT data - I am using SAP HANA Express edition trial account on GCP -

"Error: Request failed: Bad Gateway URI: /sap/hana/cst/api/v2/preferences"

Can you please suggest as after this i have to work on real time data.

Hi Shivam. Three things you can check:

1/ The version of HANA db and XSA components (Web IDE and Database Explorer [aka HRTT]) - if they all are compatible

2/ Network, especially if you are trying from some restricted network, with VPNs or Proxies - happened to me to run into similar errors

3/ Memory of your instance - to make sure there is enough RAM and no XSA processes are failing

Thanks a lot for your reply .

Yes the 3 one was the error , I just deleted the instance on GCP and created the new one with increase in CPU's & result was the graph worked very well.
