Use first instance in LIPS : Left-most char of LIPS-MFRGR in position 1, leftmost char of LIPS-LADGR in position 2
what function i want to use... how can i achieve this....

Hi,
Is this is the one which you are expecting, You can use this way
LIPS-MFRGR---Substring(0,1)
-
Concatenate ---target Field
LIPS-LADGR---Substring(0,1)
EX:if LIPS-MFRGR = ABC & LIPS-LADGR = XYZ
then your output will be = AX
