Multiple customer material part no for a single SAP material record

We are working in a situation where we can have multiple SAP materials tied to a single customer part no, and vice versa.

Scenario 1

SAP Code Customer Part No

12345 C12345

45678 C12345

Scenario 2

SAP Code Customer Part No

12345 C12345

12345 C32323

For scenario 1, we can bypass or fool system by placing a space in front of C12345.

But scenario 2 is not allowed by SAP.

Is there anyway I can accomodate both Sceanrio 1 and 2 without restriction?

Hi hanarin

Both are possible in Standard SAP

The first scenario can be handled using Material Substitution. T Code VB11

The second scenario can be addressed using customer material info record. T Code VD51.
