Hi all,
We have a requirement to setup SAPPhone or atleast check if we can set it up and configure it to be used for the internal sales representative application on the portal (this is for identifying and finding customer information based on the phone number that he uses to dial in).
Can anyone please tell me how to get a telephone number a customer is dialling in from the telephone system into SAP ECC? also the standard BAPI related to this?
