Hi,
I tried using MSSQL 2008 in DI Server login.
This is the Login XML
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-16" ?>
- <env:Envelope xmlns:env="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">
- <env:Body>
- <dis:Login xmlns:dis="http://www.sap.com/SBO/DIS">
<DatabaseServer>TEST2\SQL2008</DatabaseServer>
<DatabaseName>sap_twbs_website</DatabaseName>
<DatabaseType>dst_MSSQL2008</DatabaseType>
<DatabaseUsername>sa</DatabaseUsername>
<DatabasePassword>sa123</DatabasePassword>
<CompanyUsername>manager</CompanyUsername>
<CompanyPassword>man123</CompanyPassword>
<Language>ln_English</Language>
<LicenseServer>test2:30000</LicenseServer>
<UseTrusted>false</UseTrusted>
</dis:Login>
</env:Body>
</env:Envelope>
This throws the following error.
- <env:Envelope xmlns:env="http://www.w3.org/2003/05/soap-envelope">
- <env:Body>
- <env:Fault>
- <env:Code>
<env:Value>env:Sender</env:Value>
- <env:Subcode>
<env:Value>-8008</env:Value>
</env:Subcode>
</env:Code>
- <env:Reason>
<env:Text xml:lang="en">Invalid database type</env:Text>
</env:Reason>
- <env:Detail>
<Param>ServerType</Param>
<Value>dst_MSSQL2008</Value>
<DatabaseType>dst_MSSQL2008</DatabaseType>
<Command>Login</Command>
</env:Detail>
</env:Fault>
</env:Body>
</env:Envelope>
Could someone help me resolve this?
Thanks & Regards
Amudha
Hi Mr. amudha_mn,
I'm facing the same problem with DI server and SQL server 2008. Did you manage to solve it?
Thanks.
