Combining requirements for multiple demand

Hi Team,

Right now what we see is when MRP runs , 2 purchase requisitions are created to cover . One to cover the safety stock and the other to cover the forecast .

Is there a way to combine the requisitions into 1 at the time of MRP run.

What is lot size of the material?

Did you try with perodic lot size like MB ?

Could you please check the Forecast requirement date ?
Safety stock is always considered as current/immediate requirement & if the forecast requirement is in future date, then the System will generate 2 separate purchase requisitions, one for the Safety stock & the other for the forecast. Kindly check revert back.
