Below is the File Format

4800000053 & 54 is Order Number & 8000000101,102 ,103 are Carton Number

i am creating 2 IDocs one each for 4800000053 & 54...

Target IDoc Node E1EDL37 needs to be generated based on the combination of Order Number & Carton Number.

1) For 4800000053...carton number 8000000101 is maintained for 00010 & 00020..so E1EDL37 should be created ONCE in 1st IDoc

2) For 4800000054...carton number 8000000102 & 8000000103 is maintained for 00010 & 00020 & 0030 ..so E1EDL37 should be created TWICE in 2nd IDoc

Can Experts help for Solution..i tried without UDF but its not working .

Need help for UDF or Normal mapping Soultion

Solution highly depends on your source and target structures. Wouldn't you mind to provide us the both of it?

Its working for me using UDF's to remove Null Values and Duplicates.
