How to Call Same Smartform Multiple times in Vendor Declaration-LEER Tcode

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement to edit the Standard Tcode:LEER (Create Vendor Declaration).

In current Tcode a single Vendor Declaration is generated for both Material types: Preferential and Non Preferential.

My requirement is to Generate separate Vendor Declaration for Both Material types and if Multiple Customers are selected

then for each customer I need to generate the Vendor Declaration for Preferential and non-preferential material types.

These Vendor declarations should be converted in PDF and mailed as an attachment.

Currently I am able to Generate it for a single material type but not able to trigger for different Customers and Material types.

I checked various links but didn't get satisfactory answers.

Thanks. I solved it by looping on Smartform Based on Kunnr(Customer#) and then for Both the material types

Hi Rohit,

I believe you can go for a custom develpemnt of driver program for this, so that, the required functoanlity can be met in the driver program

Hi Sujata,

I have to use the same T-code and I got the Access Key to break it. But the real problem lies in calling the Smartform

multiple times for different customers and material types. For Ex: Say 2 Customers A, B are selected in selection screen

of LEER Tcode and a list of material is generated suppose I want to create Vendor declaration for 10 materials; 5 materials

each for customer A and B and if material are of both type (Preferential and non- Preferential) then it should generate 4

forms.

In this scenario how to call the same samrtform multiple times. Currently it I am able to print for one customer and one

material type.

Kindly suggest any solution.

you can do this with out changing the driver program but u have to create a new pages in the SF.

create a window and write a condition to that window on the material type.
