not responding sap b1

hi to all,

i am using sapb1 2005b pl36 . i am facing one problem . if i trying to connect sap from client machine it can not connect and not showing any error. but conneted with different company with same client machin it connect succesfully.i dont know what is happening . so pls give me solution.
