Master Customer / Item Listings

Customer has another application that uses the same customer listing that will be in SAP B1. I know verry little about SAP B1, so can someone please outline the steps for synching data with SAP B1 and other applications. Can it be done witihn SAP or does it require custom code? Should we look at a 3rd party product like iBolt?

You may use DTW to import those lists into B1. The first step would be export the listing from existing application.

I don't think to synch two applications is good idea. This process should be one time only with cutoff date.
