Period work schedule

Hie guys, am getting a warning message that I should generate a period work schedule when i try to give an employee absence quotas. Please help me to solve my problem

Check that the employee has IT0007 assigned. If so, check the dates, that all dates are valid to the date that you need. If so, check in PT03 that the PWS exist, if not, generate it in PT01.

u may get error like

Error in Generation of PWS if yes

Check the grouping in table V_T508A and check the generation thru PT01

Are you trying create quota in 2006?

Can you please let us kno what is the exact message you are getting?

did you maintain V_551C_B to specify the valuation class of your period work schedule?

please check that.
