Event to start workflow for vacancy administration not triggered

Hi ,

I am using HCM process and forms and i need to update IT0001. Whenever i am clicking on "Check and Send". I am getting the below warning message "Event to start workflow for vacancy administration not triggered". I need to remove this message.

Please help.
