Change Message / ME Partner for medium 7

Hello

I want to create a email for a change message in a order. But I don't know which program neather form routine I need. I know that in a printing message the table T166T gives the information for a change message ( changed position date...)

I also have the problem that when I use ME as mail partner vor internet mail medium 7 the system can't find the buyer although he is definded in the head of the order.

for internet mail or outlook mail you need to select medium s 5( external mail) and also needs to maintain the sender email address also in SOST tcode...
