Leaving date however there's no resignation action ?

Dear Experts,

i faced a problem in our SAP HR system when i try a reports (Ad hoc or flexibale employee data ) i got result of many employees with Leaving date ! however i checked PA30 infotype 0000 Actions and there's no Resignation action created !

how the system generate a leaving date for employee without any resignation/leaving action ?

causethe employee has a transfer action 1.8.2016 in IT0000 and IT0001 as well and the leaving date (that i got in the resignation report) is 31.7.2016

The answer may be in how your Report was built, since an employee who is transfered out of a Company could easily end up in a Report of employees who left the Company, wether through termination, resignation or transfer. Could it be that the "Resignation Report" be mislabeled?

As Yankatesh suggested, a screen capture of your selection screen could to understand why the transfered employee shows up in the resignation report.

some of the employees have a Leaving date however they aren't resigned (they only have a org. transfer action in this date )

If you look at the Program name for t-code S_PH9_46000223, you will notice that it is a SAPQUERY for Infoset H2, and it's name is FLUCTUATIONS. If I select the transaction and call the documentation on it, it shows that the output will only give data on the employee, the Structural Unit and the In/Out Dates. Could it be that this report was created to show the fluctuations (In/Out) in relation to Org.Units and not Hires/Terminations?

Vankatesh Yadav means a screen capture of the selection screen for your Ad-hoc Query, but your last reply may have provided the answer as to why an employee showed up with a "Leaving Date" on your Report but didn't have a Resignation Action.

my question is why i found the employee in the resignation report with a leaving date ! however his statues is active and we didn't perform any resignation actions on him ?

What are the fields used in your Report?

For an employee who was with a "Leaving Date" on your Report, where did that Date came from, and what was his/her Status on IT0000?

his Employment status is Active
and i don't know why i found those employees in resignation report with dates !

If you have confirmed that the employee never had "Inactive" status on IT0000 (or IT0302), could you check Dates on IT0041?

Could you identify if that "Leaving Date" matched the Start Date of an Action or of an other Infotype?

i checked infotype 41 i found entry date only , and infotype 302 not configured
