Installation of equipment in functional location

Good day!

I have created a new "equipment category" and then created a new equipment under that category. After that, I tried installing the equipment to a functional location but I can not proceed due to this error: Equipment belongs to category 'G': Installation not allowed. What could be the missing configuration in my new equipment category?
