Error During MC75 :No data maintained for material 18 plant 1000 in transfe

Greetings..

i had created one PRoduct group with material type PROD as material 16. Under this group i asigned the two material as material 18 and material 20 with proportion of 50 % each .

Now i created rought cut plan in MC81 with active version A00 for one year .

When transfering Product group to plan in MC75 i getting error as

"No data maintained for material 18 plant 1000 in transfer period"

Input in T code MC75

Product Group 16

plant : 1000

version :A00

Trasnfer Strategyy : Prod plan for mat or PG member as propotion

Planning Date : today form today

tick invisible transfer

version GP

Active No tick

plase guide me from intial stage whre is the Seting missing ..is thre customization setting i need to do ??

change strategy to sales plan to material / PG member.

you have maintained sales plan in mc81, right?

pl. change.

Check if the materials, members of the group, have proper MRP views for the plant. As you are exploding the group in members, then every member has to be defined in the plant....It seems tht there is no strategy group for the materials....

Hi,

Check the following :

1. In MC81 - Sales plan / production plan created for Product group.

2. In MC76 - Disaggregate the product group to materials . Use your version. You will see the sales plan for the materials in planning table.

3. Go to transaction MC75 and specify the product group, the product group version, and the independent requirements version.The transfer strategy to be used is u2018 Sales Plan for material or PG membersu2019. Since there is no prod plan for the members u have to go with sales plan only. Also remove the check mark for invisible transfer, so that you will see the data populated in md62 - demand mgmt table.

all setting is as per say..which data needed for material so that this error get sloved.
