Issue during S.cart creation for mtl which are flagged for del at sto locn

Hi friends ,

I have an issue and need your expertise advise

There is a Stock material "ABC" which was flagged for deletion at storage loctaion level. i.e. Material ABC , flagged for deletion for storage loctaion "0001" in Plant " XYZ" (only at storage location and not at Plant level)

When we create shopping cart for this stock material "ABC" for plant "XYZ" for storage location "0001" system is not throwing any message saying that the material is flagged for that storage location.

I would like to know whether is ita standard sRM functionality ?What to be done for the system to throw the message ? any change in BADI will help?

Hi

SRM checks only at plant level, not at storage location level.

You need to add a new message in message class BBP_PD and populate it at storage location level thru BADI.

As Reddy said in SRM system will not throw message if material is bloced only at storage location level

We need to customise with change in BADI

if the material is set for deletion and srm system should throw this message

product is designed for deletion. it is srm 5.0 standard.

mm06 - how did you set deletion flag. i believe when you select sl plant also comes automatically.

srm validates sl deletions according to my ecc/srm system.
