Error as Order cannot be delivered in VL01N transaction

Hi Experts,

When I try to create an outbound delivery with sale order reference I got below mentioned error as,

Only 0, 00 PC of material PILFG5001 available

An item with no delivery quantity is not permitted. Item will be deleted

Where I have seen in MD04 and MMBE with respect to my Sale Order I have sufficient quantity, but this looks very strange while processing in VL01N transaction I got the above mentioned error.

Can anyone please guide me how to resolve this issue?

I have tried by changing different dates in VL01N but no use

Hi,

Only possibility is that your order has been reserved or in process in APO/WM.

If APO planning is going on then it will set the priority among order and then it will process.

So check in the APO for respective order and quantity.

You can check the transaction in /n/sapapo/rrp3 in APO to view the details of all orders.

Please alos let me know if GATP has been implemented within APO.

Hi Kumar,

I think,stock must have got reserved against some other order. Check the pegging status to the stock available in APO and the order in product view / livecache.

Also do the availabilty check in ECC for the document so that we can be sure on the available stock. This can be done directly in VL01N transaction only using menu options.

Dear Kumar,

if you have enough available qty and system still displays this message then this can be also a software error. Please check if notes 964496 or 717319 (dependet on your release) is already implemented in your system. You should also find for further notes for your current release with the error message description.
