Payroll Conversion Program (Upgrade)

We have just done a upgrade from 4.6 to ECC 6.0. This is for a client with multiple employments. However when we tried to run payroll for some of the employees, it comes up with an ABAP error u2018Error when attempting to IMPORT object "NIC". When we also tried to view payroll results u2018 we got an error u2018 Incorrect structure of payroll resultu2019. We seem to think the problems are inter-related and we have run the UAP Cluster Conversion programme but this does not work. Does anyone have any suggestion to what we could be missing? Any suggestion would be useful.
