Hi,

first, identify a WDJ app that you want to access via PDA. The URL of this app should be like:

http://server.tld:port/webdynpro/dispatcher/<company>.com/<app dc>/<app name>

add the following parameter:

sap-wd-client=PieClient

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/7d/28fa3e7cb1d861e10000000a114084/content.htm

Result:

http://server.tld:port/webdynpro/dispatcher/<company>.com/<app dc>/<app name>?sap-wd-client=PieClient

This should display the WDJ app in your PDA.

Tobias

Hi,

right now, the portal does'nt support mobile clients. If you do have a WDJ app (or ITSmobile Tx) that you want to access via PDA, access the app through the direct link of the AS where the app is deployed.

If the app is deployed on a machine called wdjava, you'll use this name to access the app (ask you basis team to find out the complete URL).

If you are able to connect the PDA to your network via cable or wifi then you should be able to access network resources including the portal.

I dont suppose there are any settings need to be done from the portal side, however the applications deployed have UI elements which are supported by mobile devices. There are some restrictions of the UI elements that can be used on mobile applications in WD J.

Good Luck!
