field is missing in request message mapping

hi experts,

i am facing one issue before 3 or 4 month ago i add one field in my scenario then we tested it and it was working fine but for the last one month we got this new field is missing for some records. when i check in sxmb_moni some records are working fine which means the new field is available in all steps even in request message mapping but not for others.

i tried to get the cause of the problem but i can't to get it

if any of you have this experience before please help us,

it's urgent issue.

Hello Getinet,

For some messages if the field is present then there should not be any problem in PI Configuration.

check the payload received from source for the existence of the field ,If its available then get the payload test in mapping to check if the node is formed after mapping.

Hi,

You have to raise a call to them. Please cordinate with Basis Team, they are responsible person to raise call to SAP, because they have IDs to log in SAP Support Services. Just discuss with them they will tell you rest.

Hi Getinet!

Just to be sure: where did you add your new field? To source message structure or to the target one? In first case make sure that your SOAP sender system uses the latest WSDL with updated definitions.

as i said it work fine for some records but not for others

I made test in receiver and interface determination for both scenarios the field is missing in interface determination and mapping step. mapping is working fine it assign all source(SOAP) field value to the target (RFC).

any other idea

Check the cache status in ID,I believe cache is not udpated.

Seems strange,When the mapping is working it has to work fine it the ID test as well,also cache is up to date.

do some changes ,save it and activate and check.
